Summer Sound Healing Retreat Weekend

Jeremy, Athena and Rebecca will be offering a beautiful weekend of healing sound, song, dance, community and connecting with nature.

Cost is $440 and as people register they get first dibs on accommodation. There are a few beds available in shared accommodation rooms, as well as camping option.

All meals and snacks are included and menu will be tailored to meet dietary needs of attendees.

You can also book a personal sound healing session with any of the three of us during the weekend for and extra $50.

First pass at our agenda is as follows:

Friday
6:00pm arrival and registration
6:30pm – opening circle, introduction, intention setting
7:00pm – gong bath
8:00 chanting around the bonfire
10pm quiet time

Saturday
7:30am deep listening meditation with spirit drum, silence, and koshis
8:30 breakfast
10:00 ecstatic dance + Toning
11:30 Free Time / personal session
12:30 lunch
2:00 connecting with nature – silent forest walk with drums/rattles/flute
3:00 Pusanga making – plant medicines
3:30 sound journey
5:00 free time / personal session
6:00 supper
7:00 playtime / personal session
8:00 traditional songs with frame drum & kirtan at bonfire

Sunday
7:30 deep listening meditation with spirit drum, silence, and koshis
8:30 breakfast
10:00 crystal bowl sound bath
12:00 lunch
2:00 gong bath & sound journey
3:30 chanting the Name Bath
5:00 closing ceremony
6pm end.

This will be an alcohol/drug free event.

Once your spot has been confirmed, you may then complete registration by sending etransfer to rebeccawhiteraven@gmail.com with password of “retreat”.
